On this cake decorations were very simple, just little cut out fondant flowers and leaves that I hand painted with a white luster dust and on each flower a little touch of sparkling with a rhinestone. Was very elegant and the bride just love it!

Another cake from last weekend! Was a Chocolate cake with custard filling with fresh strawberries and banana, butter cream frosting covered with vanilla fondant!

To paint the stripes and flowers I used a gold luster dust, always comes out very Nice and there is so many different colours than we can use. Gives that little sparkling to the cake!

Just made this cake for a wedding last week, was yellow cake with chocolate custard filling, covered in vanilla fondant.
decoration were very simple, just fondant stripes and sugar flowers that were hand painted in gold.

A Special friend wedding, everything was white and silver and very simple, so was the cake. The flowers were made of sugar paste, the cake was a rich chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered in fondant and than just for the touch edible silver dragees on a diamond pattern. Very Elegant!

i had made this cake so many times and in different colours. This one was for a girl baptism, was a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache filling covered with fondant. it's an oval cake and always comes out very nice its simple but very baby like. We can use different colours as you like!

Cup cakes are popular these days. These ones were for a Engagement Party. Were chocolate and vanilla cup cakes topped with Italian Buttercream, for a little bling I use the crystallized sugar that gives a little sparkling. And on top fondant daisies in different colours and the ring was that little touch for the special day.

I haven't been post for the last weeks, I have been so busy with parties and cake tasting. I would like to thank you everybody that I have been contacting me and making the cakes with me.
Recently I made these cake for a Baby Shower, its always fun to make this cakes, I love to use this rubber ducks they so special for babies, the cup cakes were use as the Baby shower gift!

This is a repeat for I don't know how many times, this one is a small one, but came out very elegant, was for a small wedding.
I also have this as a dummy cake for rent!

I love this little individual mini cakes, they always fun and very attractive at any party!
This ones were for a wedding, the cake was almond cake with Dolce de leche filling, at the beginning I thought was something different but at the and was very very good. The cakes were all covered with marshmallow fondant and den decorated with little heart shaped cut outs of fondant and on top a gum paste rose. The top cake was a six inches cake and was just like the mini cakes.

Was a very small cake for a lady that turned 50 last Sunday!
But the cake turned out very elegant. The cake was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, covered with a very light baby blue fondant, then on the top was white real roses and little touches of baby blue ribbon with lots of shimmer. At the end the cake looked like a vase with flowers. This cake can also be bigger, we can make more tiers and the top one just like this one!

This last weekend was a pretty busy one for me. I would like to thank everybody that like my work and are making that special cake for that special day with me!
This cake was very simple but I really enjoy to make it. Was a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese frosting, the icing was marshmallow fondant and chocolate fondant, then was decorated with different cut outs in fondant, flowers, circles and diamond shape cuts. Come out very nice the Tiffany blue its the colour for the wedding, so just a little touch.
I really like it!
